Enter your PhonePe-linked mobile number in the withdrawal form. After the identity check is complete, the payout is sent to that number. PhonePe typically reflects the credit within a few hours.

Both options are available. Select Paytm in the deposit screen and you can choose between your Paytm wallet balance and Paytm UPI. Wallet balance transfers skip the bank redirect and settle slightly faster than the UPI route.

A withdrawal pending beyond 24 hours usually means the identity document is still under review or was not submitted yet. Complete the document upload in your account settings, then email support with your transaction ID if the status does not update.
